Whoever the person is that schedules the appointments for the Dentist’s is extremely rude and told me when I asked to reschedule my son’s appointment she told me that I cancelled and therefore I would have to wait for 3 months in order for my son to continue his appointments with Doctor Mathias. .

I am not sure the Dentist is aware of this and what goes on with the conversations that this Asian Woman has with customers !!

Dr. Mathis is excellent! He made a new upper denture for me and a new lower plate. When the work was completed I left with a perfect fit. That is his goal, for his work to be perfect for the patient.

He also is very friendly and a pleasure just to be around him. The staff that works with him is also very friendly with beautiful smiles. It's a pleasure to come to this office. If a higher rating was available I would give it Thank you so much!

Very unprofessional when I called to see if they were accepting new patients the lady that answered was very rude about it, asking me my age and asking how was I going to pay when I explained I’m using Medicaid she stated “we can look up if you used your Medicaid somewhere else” like that was totally uncalled for considering I had already asked my dental insurance if it was okay for me to change dentist due to my situation and they said yes and even gave me a list of who accepts my dental insurance! Very unprofessional just wanted others to be aware

Great experience at this dental office. I've have been a patient here as a high school student and have since married and have children of my own. Dr. Vu and Dr. Mathis are top notch.
