DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST Would give negative 0 stars if I could. Going to report this man and his office to the local dental society. Took my mothers money for a job that wasn’t done properly in 2020 she’s been going back and forth to his office for corrections and still no avail.
My mom decided to make an appt to request a full or partial refund for the full job payment they took but for a job done poorly. The office said they can’t refund due to it being 3 yrs ago but the dental job was to be good for up to 8 years & failed within the first year my mother had the work done. She’s been exhausted going back and forth to this location and now needs to go elsewhere to get the job corrected as she can’t eat and lost weigh and is very unhappy.
They lied and try to dodge you saying he’s out the office for 3 weeks on the day she was to come in and speak to him again for a resolution. Don’t be fooled either from the front desk women she’s not kind and covering this fraudulent practice

Very unprofessional staff. They don't do what they promise, don't contact the insurance company. Never apologize for not following promises. After they made a bridge, a very unreliable one, I need to replace it with the implants.
I cannot get the money from insurance company to be reimbursed for the money I paid because they don't do what they are supposed to do : submit x-ray and doctors notes. Julia Collins, their receptionist, is very unprofessional and constantly is lying. Avoid this office, it's terrible!!!

My mother started implant for $12,000 and after 3month this dental doctor - Benjamin Selzer cannot finish it.He’s constantly moving date from Wednesday to Sunday and so on. Very unprofessional. That’s what happens when you pay upfront to a dental doctor. If you don’t want to ruin your life/mood do not go to this dental doctor. There plenty more out there.

Dentist used to care about his patients. Now he’s just concerned with taking your money and not following through on his word. I guess divorce and new wife will make a person greedy.
