I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received after calling early on a Friday morning without leaving a message, leading to an appointment later that day for emergency dental care. Dr. Krainov addressed my issue immediately (tooth extraction), a rare occurrence in my experience with dentists who usually require follow-up appointments for procedures. Despite my fear of dentists, Dr.

Krainov was understanding and reassuring throughout the procedure, explaining everything and making me feel calm and trusting. He even expressed hope that this positive experience would help change my perception of dentists, offering to assist with my overall dental health in the future. Also, Rachel did an outstanding job! I’ve been having really bad tooth pain, not only did Yuri Krainov take me in immediately but he took away my painful tooth ache and gave me a beautiful new smile !!. He works quick and always does an amazing job, I am so happy with the results and my new smile. The costumer service is amazing everyone is super friendly here!!.

This is the most unprofessional and rude Doctor I have ever been to. It began when I called to inquire about the services and the fees that Dr Krainov charges as I would be traveling an hour to see him. When I asked about his hours a women with a very heavy accent and no communication skills was very rude and dismissive.

When asked an average price on the fees for an exam I was given only “ we don’t give any prices at all over the phone” and she hung up When I called back and asked what the price began at as I need to know about how much money to bring, her response was a short “ Just bring a DEBIT CARD WITH YOU” you do have one don’t you? That is when I should have said to myself maybe I should go someplace more professional On the day of my appointment the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Their lack of professionalism, patient care, kindness and all around respect for their patients made me feel unvalued as a patient. " The Doctor himself only wanted to do procedures that were unnecessary and NOT covered by insurance and in reality not needed at all.

The whole time the only topic of conversation was money and trying to sell me add ons and cleanings and kits I can buy that had very little to do with the reason I came yo him in the first place Very disappointed One of the worst experiences in a medical facility. Lack of kindness and professionalism is an understatement
