The office is nicely decorated and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Ratliff is top notched in his dental skills ! And he is also compassionate and sincere making you feel like a friend not just a patient.

I’m not generally a fan of dentists, dental tools, or dental offices for that matter . However, the treatment I experienced by Dr Ratliff and his staff was calming and informative. More incredibly, I had a tooth that required extraction and dreaded it horribly. I was terrified. Turns out my fear was all for nothing.
It was the fastest, least painful tooth extraction I’ve ever experienced. I can’t say enough about this team. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Vibbert is the most amazing Dentist. He is kind, patient, and truly cares about not only the teeth of his clients, but he completely cares for our overall wellness and that we have a great quality of life. He carefully screens every employee and it shows. The receptionists go far above and beyond from the time the clients speak on the phone until the clients leave from their visit and don't miss a thing! I was skeptical because my previous Dentist damaged a nerve while filling a cavity. I kept telling her that something was wrong while she was doing it and that I should not have been feeling the type of pain I was feeling.
When I left the office, I was in a lot of pain and a week later I went back and she insisted that she did nothing wrong and that "It just takes time to get back to normal". Several weeks later I went back with the same horrible constant pain and told her I believed she damaged a nerve. She gave me a prescription and brushed me off. I could finally eat and open my mouth fully after 11 months. It took quite a few years after that for me to even consider seeing a Dentist again (I know yuk right!), and I took extra precaution to take great care of my teeth. My mother was so thrilled about her dentist (the great and awesome Dr.
MS Vibbert, DDS PC) and the people who work there, that when I shared with her I wanted to find a Dentist to look at a tooth, she insisted I at least go visit his office. I am SO happy that she did! He is one of the absolute best, most thorough, kind and considerate, professional Dentist you will ever meet. If you are in need of a Dentist, thinking about upgrading, want a place you can get your dental needs taken care of and feel at home while getting it done, he is whom you have been needing and/or looking for. Thank you Dr. Vibbert, Courtney, Amanda, and all the rest of the dental workers who work with Dr. Vibbert for making my mother and I feel wonderful about our dental visits, every single time!
