The hours are wrong in the google profile. Closes at at 2pm on Friday. Tried to cancel my 85 year old mother’s appointment at 4pm in a Friday and no answer. They still charged her $50 for not canceling 24 hours ahead. I explained that their hours are wrong and the phone just rang. I guess $50 is worth more than doing the right thing and owning the mistake.

My family and I have been magnolia and Dr Whipps patients for eons, over 15 years. Each visit is better than the last. They clean the best, confirm any procedures and permissions prior to doing them - never get misbilled (except recently and they’re fixing it) and I always leave so happy. I could NOT recommend anyone better. Thanks for taking care of us!!

I have been coming to this office for over 30 years. I am very happy with Dr. Whipps, but I am not happy about having different people every time I come into the office. I like to establish relationships with the people taking care of me and with the way Magnolia is set up, I never see the same people in the office. I have figured out that I need to ask for Vicki (hygienist) and Dr. Whipps for my visits, but if I forget, I have no idea who is going to greet me when I sit down in the chair. I would love to see a set group of people who work together and I can get to know when I come to the office.

I’ll be honest, this last visit was the last chance I was giving Magnolia. I had already reached out to another dentist. I have decided to stay for now because of Dr. Whipps. Hopefully the office will settle down with a designated staff for this practice.
