Please save your money, whether it’s insurance or self-paid. These people will literally scam you inside out. I made a appt but my lunch schedule conflicted that day and I couldn’t cancel last minute of course due to a charge, I was in and out for 7 minutes or even less, but they decided to charge my insurance the full $197.

Brings me back to the first time I went in and the Dr said “oh your teeth are amazing, don’t need to do anything” I walk to the front desk, Rosa Lisa said “dr wants you to do this this and that” basically they will do anything and everything to drain your insurance, wether it’s x rays that you don’t need or fillings. Please find a place where you are valued as a human. This place looks at you and your insurance like a bank

I went to the dental clinic the previous day to book an appointment to clean my teeth. The receptionist asked for my details and told me, “Yes, you can come tomorrow, and it’s covered by your insurance,” after checking my information. I asked her a couple of times to make sure I was covered, and she said yes. Even right before my dental session, I asked her again to reassure me whether it was covered, and again she said yes. But next day , after my cleaning was done, while I was waiting at the reception to sign out, she suddenly told me it’s not covered by insurance.

I was really frustrated with the receptionist. If she had checked it properly and told me the truth before, I would have never gone ahead with the cleaning. Her careless mistake cost me 190 bucks, and I had to pay it out of pocket because I had already done the cleaning. The receptionist working at Mantra Dental is really careless. If she had double-checked and told me the day before, when I first came in to book the appointment, I would have never done this basic cleaning.

It was only because she confirmed multiple times that it was covered that I proceeded. Now I’ve ended up paying for it myself. This was a really bad experience for me.
