I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 25 years and have nothing but positive to say. Even after I moved an hour drive away, I still come over for my regular dental cleanings with Karina - she is an amazing dental hygienist and a wonderful, kind person I enjoy having my appointments with.

This is a dishonest clinic, more like a scam. A dental cleaning does not require an X-ray, especially at my expense. I called in advance and specifically asked not to add any additional services. Reattaching a crown also does not require taking X-rays. In the end, I went to another clinic where everything was done quickly, properly, and without any unnecessary procedures.

I came in today for dental cleanings for my husband and children. The hygienist who treated them was excellent, and I was planning to return to have my own cleaning done as well. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t get the chance to see Dr. Naumova, especially since the hygienist did a thorough job and even found a cavity during my husband’s cleaning. However, after my interaction with the office manager, I’ve decided not to return for any future treatment. At the end of the appointment, she told me that I now needed to book complete exams for everyone, that this was their “mandatory” policy.

I was surprised, as this had not been mentioned at the time of booking. If full exams are truly required, it doesn’t make sense to schedule them after the cleanings. The oversight was on the part of the front desk staff, not us. I explained that full exams were already completed less than a year ago and wouldn’t be covered by our insurance. She responded that she wasn’t sure whether Dr. Naumova would charge for the exams or not, but insisted that they still needed to be done.

Throughout the conversation, she continued asking irrelevant questions—“where,” “when,” “why”—in a manner that felt unnecessarily pushy, rude, and condescending. This experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. Despite the great hygienist, I will not be returning for any future treatment.
