I am scheduled for my first cleaning next month, but I had an emergency, and I was able to get in right away. There was no waiting time once I arrived, and Dr. Terry and his assistant worked so well together to fix my tooth. It was fairly quick, and my bite is spot on.

The office is clean and inviting, and the staff were so welcoming. I am glad my family and I have switched to Marcincin Family Dental.

Although the doctors are very nice and the office is very clean, I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. In fall 2024, I went in for a cleaning and X-rays and was later billed $280. I assumed maybe the X-ray wasn’t covered, so I paid it without questioning it too much. In spring 2025, I returned for just a cleaning. Before the appointment, I asked the front desk if they accepted Cigna insurance, and they told me yes.

Two weeks later, I received another unexpected bill—this time for $130. I was frustrated and called my insurance company, only to find out this office is out of network. That’s why I was being billed so much out of pocket. What frustrates me most is that I **specifically asked** if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes, without explaining that they were not in-network. After speaking with my aunt (who is a dentist in New York), I now understand that I should have asked if they "participate in my insurance plan"—not just if they “accept” it.

It feels incredibly misleading, and frankly, like I was taken advantage of by their vague and deceptive language. I was hoping to stay with this dental office long term, but after being misled and stuck with large out-of-pocket bills, I absolutely will not be returning. Patients deserve transparency when it comes to insurance and billing.

I have been going to Dr. Terry Marcincin for 27 years. Love him. He’s expanded it into a family practice now and I just had an extraction done by Dr Hilton.

It was much easier than I expected and him and the nurse were awesome and made this nervous wreck feel much more at ease throughout the procedure and even after. Staff there has always been great. Highly recommend. Thank you Marcincin Family Dental!

Starting with front office receptionist being polite, clear with instructions, Gabby the professional hygienist being a good listener, knowledgeable and informative toward protocol steps and the good doctor Terry Marcincin finishing with his eval and assessment all went very well with the visit. People care about your time with them and it shows as "trust" begins as you enter and felt upon leaving.

Dr Marcincin is a people person and a problem solver with solution over the years observing as a patient and feeling as a friend!
