Martin Dental has been the primary dentist for my extended family for many years until today. He is a very knowledgeable dentist, but his front office help is extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. My family will be transferring over to Lawson Dentistry after our past few experiences with Dr Martin’s office staff.
Dr Lawson’s staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist with insurance billing. Dr Martin’s office staff doesn’t understand how to correctly bill insurance and are not willing to make any effort to correct their mistakes, and are amazingly rude and arrogant in dealing with their clientele.

Only dentist office I know doesn’t want to accept a recent cleaning from another office. Try to force you to have a cleaning with them and make you wait another 6 months before you can get fillings. Unreal!! Other dentist doesn’t do this!!! Omg#d, they would let you die. J/s

I like coming here staff had always been friendly to us. And they had been my only dentist for 34 years. The one thing I hate about this office is “It still look the same way that it did since I started coming here 34 years ago!” They need to update their entire building especially the waiting area seating, walls, carpet, basically the entire office its so outdated. They need to replace carpet to the tile.
Even the vegetation needs to be trimmed up, removed, or replaced with something else. The office needs had been ignored for years and it shows to the long term customers.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this office due to the rude behavior of the office staff. When I raised valid concerns, I was met with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in any professional setting.
The dentist at this office offers good care, but unfortunately, the staff's rude behavior makes a negative impression It's disappointing to see such a lack of basic customer service skills. I urge others to think twice before choosing this office. No one deserves to be treated so
