Veneri has been an amazing dentist for me. I hate going to the dentist it's always painful, but Veneri goes the extra mile to ensure there is no pain. He takes his time and if you start having pain he will numb you up a little more. Every other dentist I have been too just keeps hammering until you literally can't take it, but not Veneri. You can tell he truly cares about his patients.

I would recommend him to anyone. Even to those that have to go to Charleston for dental care. I had to have a root canal years ago and due to my insurance Veneri sent me to Charleston and even the oral surgeon there said his work was some of the best he has seen. So I will continue to go to Veneri

Absolutely the worst dentist I've ever been to I would have been better off as a kid asking my parents to drive all the way to Virginia to get my dental work. He is extremely unprofessional and rude to children I remember being left in the room waiting to get my tooth extracted they numbed my mouth I waited an hour and the numbing started to wear off he started to pull my tooth and I began to cry he then told me to stop being such a big baby.

Do not take your kids to "Doctor" Veneri

Worst dentist ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Took my daughter there when she was little. Was told she needed some fillings, so took her in to have that done. Was told I had to wait in the waiting room. She was around 4 at the time. I was iffy about the whole not being allowed back there thing, but knew she needed it done. As I'm in the waiting room, I hear my kid screaming at the top of her lungs, terrified.

I rush back there as the staff were trying to tell me I wasn't allowed back there. Turns out he did a root canal on a baby tooth! While my kid was wide awake. No fillings were done. Never took her back. But she did need that tooth removed immediately because the filling had fallen out and there was an infection. Flash forward to now, she's still dealing with things from that root canal as it damaged her permanent tooth below and it came in as nonvital from the damage. I wouldn't trust them to do a dental exam on a dead dog.

Went here for 15 years without any issues until one bad experience ruined it all. My last visit, Mr. Veneri and the dental hygienist I had an appointment with that morning were both rude to me. I was in the waiting room when they first opened, this dental hygienist comes in for work complaining to the front desk worker about already having a bad day. I get called to the exam room and unfortunately, I have her as my dental hygienist. Her attitude towards me was bad from the start.

Then she stepped out just several feet behind me to ask Dr. Veneri something about my dental issue I was having with my bridge. He responded rudely about me in an irritated tone of voice. She comes back to me with attitude like I was a huge inconvenience to her. I've never stepped foot back inside of here. Ended up getting my medical records from here transferred to my current dentist.

My current dentist has been good so far, but more expensive than Veneri. I'd prefer going back to Veneri, but that one bad experience ruined it for me. In the 15 years I went there, I was nothing but a great patient. If you're going to be rude to your patients, at least do it out of earshot so they can't hear you!
