Mascolo Dental is the absolute best. Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and treats you with nothing but kindness. I do want to give an extra big shoutout to Elvis, one of the hygienists.

He was so gentle and made the whole process so quick and easy. He’s got the sweetest personality and really takes the anxiety factor out of going to the dentist.

Great Dentists, I have been going to Dr. Mascolo for over 20 years. They opened up at their new location on Larkfield Road. There is plenty of parking in the lot and free parking on the street. Very professional staff. I highly recommend using this Dentist. Update: Still the best dentist.

This review is about the billing process and office management at Mascolo Dental. I received two root canals and two crowns in February 2025. At that time, I was told I had paid in full. However, when I returned in May 2025 due to pain in one of the treated teeth, I was suddenly informed of a $600 balance from the February visit. This was the first time I heard about the bill—no one from the office ever called or sent me a statement.

When I called in June 2025 to discuss payment options, the office manager, Mercedes, was extremely dismissive and rude. She repeatedly said, “This has been since February so it’s going to collections,” ignoring the fact that May was the first time I was made aware of the balance. When I pointed this out, she told me I should’ve gotten a letter from my insurance explaining what was covered. While that may be true, I firmly believe it’s the provider’s responsibility to notify patients directly if there’s a balance owed. The lack of communication and poor attitude from the office manager were incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Billing and transparency are just as important as the services being provided, and in that regard, this office has failed me. The lack of communication and the unprofessional attitude from the office manager left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

AMAZING. Dr. Ray is the most genuine friendliest human being I've met making you feel like you've known each other for years. An AMAZING dentist. The staff is also extremely friendly and professional. Oh and did I mention he's extremely reasonable.

. much more reasonable than most US dentists!!! Just make sure you clear any work and claims with your insurance company first. Mercedes in billing is not thorough in communicating with patients. Thank you guys. Steven Oliveri.
