All they care about is what they can charge insurance for. These reviews on here must be bought bribed or forced because this office is empty and the entire business doesn’t care at all about its clients. Go ANYWHERE else. If I didn’t leave a bad review they wouldn’t have cared at all to reach out to me that I was 15 mins late for my appointment and when I spoke to them 7 mins after my appointment informing them that I would be 10 more mins they said ok. And then had me go there anyway to just do X-rays instead of my cleaning due to other patients. I waited in the waiting room longer than it would’ve taken to just do some X-rays like they did last week.

Edit: but in an attempt to try to not make themselves look bad they try to make me look like I’m a liar in response to my original review. My appointment was for 1045. I spoke to someone at 10:52 told them I would be there in less than 10 minutes. They said it was OK. I got there at exactly 15 minutes after my appointment which I expressed that I was sorry. I ended up sitting there in a very empty waiting room with my newborn baby and empty office with people who were extremely unwilling to help me unless I agreed to do whatever was going to pay the insurance company the most for them… X-rays etc.

I would have rather paid the $50 fee for missing my appointment so I could’ve rescheduled then dealing with them after driving all the way there when I specifically spoke to someone on the phone and they said it was OK for me to come. Again, this doesn’t have too much to do about the services that I need however it again as a client who has been going to Kane Dental before it switched over for eight years. I see a huge difference and I will not be returning back and neither will my friends or family that I have referred. Please see time stamps of communication to verify they in fact, are not truthful.

After visiting several dental clinics, I've decided to make this one my permanent choice. Each time I visit Dr. Seo, I'm impressed with the friendly and professional service.

He really takes the time to care for each patient and explains the procedures clearly, which makes it easy to understand your treatment plan. The comfort I experience during my treatments actually has me looking forward to my next appointment. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough to everyone!

I had a great experience at HS dental! One of my fears is going to the dentist due to bad past experiences, but the dental hygienist Lexi and Dr. Seo made me feel very comfortable. They were very informative and engaging. I highly recommend going to HS dental.
