Dr. Matthews did an excellent job with a needed tooth extraction. He evaluated my situation and then took the time to clearly explain all options. All office staff was kind and skilled during the tooth extraction. They ensured that I was informed about what to except before, during, and after extraction.

It isn't a pleasant procedure, but they did their best to make me comfortable throughout it. Dr. Matthews was wonderful and I highly recommend him.

I really appreciated how they showed me what my insurance would pay and what I would pay and got my approval before I consented to a recommended treatment. That way there were no surprises at check-out. I've had experiences in other medical offices where they make statements like "most insurances usually cover it" and then I get hit with an unexpected bill at check out.

Matthews Dentistry does this the right way and makes it a super easy, fast and clear process for understanding costs at the right time in treatment process.
