Id give them negative stars if I could. Save your time and don't use this place period. Yeah sure you can get appointment days or months out then they cancel your appointment weeks days or morning of. Then they never answer to reschedule so you have to jump through hoops to get another then wait months again for it to be rescheduled once again. I've only ever been in office once in 2 year and we had to move across the state and when we got here we got an opening. Found out my kids need dental work made the appointment a month later it got cancel.

Spoke to ever customer service number the office itself never answers. left messages call center sent messages. To find out next appoint would be 6 months later. Save the time this company is trash. Tries on 2 different sides of va same deal. Waste of time

Absolutely horrible a name change doesn’t fix the problems here….

it needs to be shut down as well as another lawsuit…My daughter waited over a year after spencer cancelled multiple appointment for being under staffed and not having a hygienist to extract 2 teeth when she finally got in , my mom was able to take her for me and thank god my mom took her that day because she was the doctors assistant for the procedure since they didn’t have enough staff !!!! Wow that’s completely illegal!!!! Don’t take your child there!!!!!

Appointments are scheduled for a certain time-not even of your choosing- then a about 2 weeks before the appointment email is received with different time. Tried to call and confirm-had to leave message. Then got text and email encouraging to reschedule cancelled appointment.

Left multiple messages no return calls. Only go to this dentist because of insurance. If you have a choice run the other way!

How many times do I have to confirm my appointment? I've waited over a month for my first appointment (no actual work being done ) and today, the day of said appt. they cancel. No. I absolutely will not be rescheduling! Probably a blessing in disguise after checking reviews. I had only confirmed the appointment 3 or 4 times by text message and I kept getting messages asking for confirmation! I'm not the only one they've canceled on. Check Google reviews people because this happens all the time.

Reason they canceled? Due to no doctor in office. Like the other lady said a week ago in her review. . . run the other way!
