I made an appointment. When I arrived on time because I personally made the appointment do, I was very much aware of my appointment ! I was told because I did not call to confirm my appointment prior to coming, my appointment was canceled and given to another person . I was furious because everytime I go it’s always a problem and mind you I pay cash . They have treated me so wrong since they have taken over that practice . The female at the front said well , if you have a problem here why don’t you find another dentist and now I am livid ! So I was cursing and extremely agitated because the appointment that I made for myself was taken from me because I did not call to confirm. Has anyone ever had this happen ? I’m really curious .

They are probably gona loose business because I don’t know anyone that would make an appointment and the call a day or two before to “ confirm” lol . . it’s like a joke . At one point they owed me money 100$ and said they only see it for 50$ ! Yeah ok . . I was in the process of leaving the practice due to them being very unprofessional ! I was just gona finish getting my crown .

. The manager asked me to leave because I raised my voice and I did curse . To everyone that goes there or planning to go there , I hope you don’t go through all I went through . God Bless and Good Luck !

My mother has been treated here with so much understanding and compassion towards her since she suffers from dementia. The doctor snd team are so friendly. I also had my teeth cleaned and as much as I was so scared of the sound from the machines the doctor took her time. She also explained my options of treatment. I recommend anyone to go see the dentist here. They will treat you with respect.
