Absolutely horrible customer service!!! They have brought me to tears over this! They scheduled for a cleaning in December…took me out of that appointment because I was on a cancellation list. Then they ran my insurance and found something wrong so they called me right back in less than 24hrs and told me they couldn’t put me back into my December appointment….

they pushed my cleaning back to may 2025!!! They know I haven’t had a cleaning since may 2022!!! ALSO, I was seen once last year for a cavity forming which they did nothing about!!! Ofc I told them it’s still bothering me and the lady hung up on me!!! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been hung up on over the years! My teeth are not going to stay nice throughtout my lifetime if I stay with this dental office that’s for sure! Once every 2 years is not enough! STOP OVERBOOKING YOUR OFFICE!

I've had nothing but good experiences so far, with the exception of one hygenist, who is rather blunt to the point it could be seen as rude, but some people just have that type of blunt personality. The staff and dentist has been accomodating to my needs, I was struggling with severe anxiety before finding a medication that worked, and this was the first dentist to give me something in the chair for anxiety and send me home with pain medicine for my first pulled tooth. My dad said that is a rarity, so I consider myself lucky to be seen here. I had to reschedule the last appointment due to a mishap in insurance transport and I was an absolute nervous breakdown upon getting there, and they got me in for two months later.

Very kind and understanding receptionists and staff. French Creek Dental is scheduled out for current patients into December. They are alot faster here. Everyone who has worked on my teeth has been proffessional in every way possible.

When I finally told them I could not keep my mouth open by myself any longer, and that I needed help during appointments to keep my mouth open, they put in some little things that helped me keep it propped open. 5/5 rating. Thank you for being a good dentist!
