I would definitely recommend this office. The staff is pleasant and friendly absolutely fabulous. Dr. Sung in my opinion is a perfectionists, and thorough and pays attention to detail. He made sure i was happy with my teeth. When i left his office, i was truely happy. If you are looking for high quality dental care. I highly recommend MEDIA LIMA DENTAL.

Today was my first appointment with Media Lima dental and I could not be more satisfied with the care I got there. So often at medical appointments I feel like just another number to the tired receptionist, and I waste hours entertaining myself in the waiting room and then again in the office. Not so here!!!! I was prepared for a 4 hour office visit and the whole thing was over in less than an hour! I was welcomed by a very kind woman who explained my visit and gave me perfect instructions for my forms and why they needed each one. I filled out my paperwork just in time to be rushed back into the office like a VIP (and they insisted I keep the very nice pen). There, the hygienist asked me so many questions about my comfort I felt a little like being at the spa.

Look, no one likes going to the dentist, it inherently sucks. But these people made it by far the best dental experience I have ever had, even though it was a little bit of a painful procedure! The dentist came immediately after pictures were taken, and began working as soon as we decided together our next steps. The friendly conversation during my drilling and filling was comforting and distracting just enough to put my mind at ease, and I have a very low pain tolerance. Dr. Sung explained everything in detail about what he was going to do and how long it would take, and even why he was doing it.

The follow up instructions and plan of care afterwards was detailed and perfectly tailored to my personal situation. They even gave me a heads up on how much my future visits would be reimbursed by my insurance company. I have never been treated so quickly and thoroughly at any medical office in my life. I will definitely be coming back to Media Lima Dental for all my future dental needs, and I will recommend them to absolutely everyone I meet in Media.

My kids, who are 8 and 6, have been going to Dr. Sung since they were 3 years old. Like any parent, I was nervous about their first visit to the dentist. . . I have heard many bad stories of visits gone wrong. But my kids have LOVED going to the dentist from their first visit because of their experience here. And to have that peace of mind, that whenever i tell them we have to go for a check up, they are happy instead of upset/whiny/screaming-is just lovely.

:) It is a very straight forward, no frills (and clean!) office- so bringing a book or something to entertain your child is recommended. The staff and Dr. Sung has been great with my kids as well as quick and thorough. I, too, see Dr. Sung and have received very good care/service. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality dental care.

Best dentistry I've had in 80 years of life. Ive had TOTAL professional and caring and kind and friendly and reasonable pricing experiences from simple cleaning to major work. They are simply the best. I had major work just yesterday and it exceeded all my expectations. I am a very happy and fortunate 80 yr old dude to have met them.
