This is the worse place ever!!! Don’t waste your time. They make you wait for many months and then they cancel your appointment once that time arrives only to reschedule you for another six months and then they do it again. Horrible! A huge disgrace!

honestly i never leave reviews for places but this place deserves literally 0 stars. i was dealing with wisdom tooth pain that had me in tears. i waited as a walk in for about 2 hours, which is expected & warned. but the problem was once i was took back they basically said they couldn’t do anything for me once taking xrays. she offered to polish down my tooth so it would hurt less.

while doing that i felt a instant burning feeling in my cheek which i thought was off, her whole demeanor changed she asked for gauze & silver nitrate. . again i thought was weird but im not the professional so i trusted her. she told me my tooth was just bleeding & the silver nitrate would stop it. after that she decided to numb me “to help with the pain” well hours later when the numbing wore off i found out that she actually cut my cheek while polishing my tooth & used the silver nitrate & numbing to cover up her mistake.

so i left in even more pain than i had came in. i honestly wish i had listened to some of these bad reviews & didn’t go at all. the next day i had a brown mark on my chin, after research i realized it was a silver nitrate stain that wont go away for AT LEAST a week. please dont go here.

This place is a joke!! How can it be a walk in if they turn you away and say come back in 2 hours, like I didn't drive from another county. They should have said something over the phone when I called before I got there that they have "rounds and the next round is 1230". Very unprofessional for a Mercy Health location!!!
