Horrible experience they rescheduled me after telling me I had a 15 minute grace period and I was only 10 minutes late. was rescheduled twice the staff was rude both times. I have to remove 3 wisdom teeth that case pain.

I was put on hold for a prolonged period of time while the receptionist said “she’ll talk to the doctor” to then say she never spoke to the doctor when I arrived 5 minutes later. and the hold music is Indian idk whose idea that is but that wasn’t a good idea. 0 outa 10 experience

The chair side manner was horrible. The dentist didn’t believe that I was in pain she kept telling me to relax this is a simple procedure. She laid her arm on my forehead and kept pushing it down. I almost gagged with the gauze that was pushed to the back of my throat the first time it went in. I told them I had a dental procedure done the day before and my cheek had been cut and that was not taken into consideration.

I was in so much pain that I was crying. No tissue for my drooling nothing. This has been the worst experience at this office which surprised me cause I’ve been here before and the experience was so much different.

After having a botched job at a previous dentist. That led me to needing an extraction. The oral surgeons there assessed the urgency and removal of my tooth, consulted and performed extraction same day. Went over things carefully with me and provided aftercare. Highly recommend..
