My history going to the dentist has always been very challenging and uncomfortable. But my experience at great expression was the complete opposite. I thought good dentistry didnt exist til now. They not only had great customer service. They were understanding, compassionate and most of all informative. I appreciate the time they all took to make me feel comfortable.
Dr. Naz was amazing explaining everything to me. I never felt so informed leaving a dentist office and satisfied with an a plan of action I can execute. Thank you guys so much.

I brought my daughter for a dental visit. Dr. Nazginov has an excellent countenance! You are naturally nervous when going to any doctor, especially a dentist. The "bedside manner" is extremely important! She has got it. Very informative! I Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Great Expression Dental in Lynbrook. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, which helped ease any nerves I had. The doctor was incredibly thorough and gentle.
She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they answered all my questions with care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment!

⸻ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Will Never Return I had one of the worst experiences at Great Expressions of Lynbrook on July 8, 2025. It started the day before my scheduled appointment (originally at 11:30 AM). I attempted to call the office twice to reschedule my appointment within the 24-hour window, but no one picked up and I was not prompted to leave a voicemail. Later that day, around 2 PM, a woman from the office finally called me back. I was relieved and explained that I needed to reschedule and asked if I can come in on the same day as my husband, which would have been in 2 weeks. The woman I spoke with (who I believe was the office manager) immediately responded with an attitude, telling me I was “leaving a hole in their schedule” and that it’s against their policy to schedule family members on the same initial visit day. She said she’d have to decline my rescheduling request because she wouldn’t want 2 people canceling and leaving 2 “holes in her schedule. ”. Trying to cooperate, I asked if there was a later time available on 7/8 and she offered 12:30 PM.
I hesitantly agreed — because I already had a very important prior commitment that I knew might overlap. Now to fast forward to the actual appointment day, I received a call from the office stating I missed my 11:30 AM appointment — even though I had clearly rescheduled it to 12:30 PM the day before. I told the staff member that my appointment was pushed backed, she acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and urged me to do everything I could to still come — even if I arrived by 1 PM — or else I’d be charged. I told her I was coming from far and was trying my best. Despite heavy traffic, I made it to the office eight minutes past 1 PM. When I walked in, I was met by two women at the front desk (Office manager and staff member) who didn’t greet me, just stared with stone faces. I said hello and asked to sign in, and one of them sarcastically responded, “Well, who are we signing in?” After giving my name, she replied coldly, “Oh, I’m sorry — you’re going to have to reschedule. ” After all the stress and effort to make it there, I was told I couldn’t be seen. I then asked them to cancel both my husband’s and my future appointments.
This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional, frustrating, and disrespectful. I’m not someone who complains or writes reviews like this -but I feel this needed to be said. I will never return to this office. I don’t know how this office has such good reviews, but based on my experience, I strongly suspect there has been a recent change in staff. According to a family member who also used to come here, the office manager may be new — and unfortunately, she was rude, dismissive, and clearly not trained in customer service. Whoever owns or manages this practice should take a serious look at how the front office is being run. A patient-focused practice begins at the front desk.
