I had a smooth and pleasant experience at Metro City Dentistry Vaughan. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and did a thorough job with the cleaning. You could tell there was great team chemistry between the dentist, hygienist, and receptionists—everyone was friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be the go-to spot for future appointments.

This was my first dental appointment, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the dentist made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone nervous about visiting the dentist!

LittleButterfly 1999

I only go to the dentist once or twice a year for regular cleaning. And this is the best cleaning ive had they were so gentle on my teeth, and everyone was so accommodating. The place looks clean and they have a playground for kids. I paid 70$ with school insurance, definitely higher than my bill last year but it was so painless so i would definitely come back.

Overall good experience. Bumi (?) the hygienist was really polite and gentle, she was also very friendly and patient. Only two things I didn’t enjoy were the very apparent previously left bite marks on the equipment while taking X-rays (would not have been a problem if it was at least covered with clean plastic but it wasn’t covered at all).

Second thing; the main doctor/dentist (I’m assuming) did not bother to introduce himself and seemed to have little patience with his aid and just in general. Not the most friendly first impression but the visit overall went well and reception is very friendly, helpful and proactive! I would recommend MetroCity as the negatives didn’t bother me too much personally.
