Horrible experience coming to Metro Dental Burnsville & Oral. The front desk staff seem incompetent and stressed if you ask a question, do not listen to requests, and overcharge patients. I told them not to put fluoride on my sister teeth . They told me I couldn’t be in the room with her. I come back for her cavity fillings, and they tell me we have to pay for the fluoride they put on last time. 1. This was told not to be done. 2. This was supposed to be collected that day before we scheduled the next appointment. Oral .

Addar or whatever the front desk staffs name is, doesn’t seem to answer questions either . They give me a consultation for an extraction . We scheduled 3 appointments for my consults . On the 4th appointment I thought it was surgery. They want to do another consultation and charge me $65 for it. They need X-rays they say. Well you would think they can use the X-rays that were taken in the same building Metro dental . No they must charge you again and say the same thing your last consult said. I was told I would need my crowns removed . Why would I have to have another consultation saying the same thing? I then asked for a rough estimate of how much it would cost .

They say they don’t do payment plans, they do care credit. Will this be around 200-800, or in the thousands ? No answer was given just told to accept or cancel. I refuse to keep wasting my time and money as well as being scammed by Metro dental . Will never go here again . Fonda Anna & Addar make me want to never come back again . The actual dentists were great . 5/7/25. I went to Metro Dental Eagan . They were able to complete 7 teeth for a fraction of the cost . Love metro dental EAGAN!
