I have been an patient of Dr. Garg, close to 20 years. Throughout the years I have seen his practice grow with professionalism, knowledge, experience, cleanliness and innovative equipment. He has always given me his best work and professional opinion.

If it is some he cannot do he will refer you to someone who has more experience on the procedure. Those who I have referred were also pleased As long as I live in NJ his practice will be my preferred choice.

Terrible overall exp. . . . . I booked an appointment for cleaning and advice on bridge vs. implant in November 2025 with Dr. Garg.

After waiting for more than 30 minutes, Dr. Garg sent someone else for the cleaning, which I declined. After waiting for another 30 minutes, Dr. Garg came and asked for an X-ray, which was not needed as I had a recent X-ray from another doctor. He later said he would obtain insurance approval and call me back for the next steps. For the cleaning, I was told to book another appointment. I did multiple (3-4) follow-ups in December and January, and every time I was told that Dr. Garg would call me back for the next steps and that the office had no information for me.

Finally, I decided to go to another doctor. To my surprise, my insurance was charged twice, $289. 00 + $289. 00, for the consultation in November. I have called the office multiple times over the last few days. Most of the time, the billing lady is not available until 4 PM, so I was told to call back after 4 PM until 7 PM to speak to the Billing Department. I called four times after 4 PM and before 7 PM, but now no one is answering the call, so I have no option at this moment to get this resolved.
