This practice is a well oiled machine! I was leaving for vacation in a few days when my tooth pain accelerated. I called on Monday and Mid Jersey Endodontic Group squeezed me in the next day. Paperwork was online (yay!) and my appointment confirmation was sent via text. The staff was welcoming and efficient. I was brought back to my chair within 3 minutes of arriving 10 minutes early. Dr.

Cicalese confirmed my need for a root canal (different tooth from my own self diagnosis). X-rays and procedure prep was done quickly. Dr. Cicalese kept me abreast of what he was doing and what to expect as the procedure progressed. It was calming to understand what was happening, as well as feeling Dr. Cicalese cared about my experience.

On the way out I signed financial papers, my post procedure care was discussed with Dr. Cicalese, and I was asked if I had any questions about anything at all. I'm writing this on Wednesday morning, right after the follow up call asking how I was doing. Can't get better care than what I got with Mid Jersey Endodontic Group!

I had a great experience with Mid Jersey Endodontic group. I was feeling a lot of pain on my tooth and needed to have an immediate appointment. They scheduled me for that same day, all the staff was pleasant and helpful, great atmosphere, the doctor/specialist (Cicalese) gave me all possible options for treatment and helped me feel confident about my treatment.

I had been avoiding the re treatment of my canal because I wouldn’t trust the other places I’ve been, but now I am glad to proceed with my treatment with Mid Jersey Endodontic Group.

Excellent work and great explanations along the way. Virtually pain free procedure, which is greatly appreciated! The staff were all friendly and fantastic. I highly recommend the group!
