I only gave it a one star because they don't have the option for zero. This office ivery unprofessional. I went there to get an explanation of a charge and right off the bat I was greeted with an attitude because I interrupted her (Liz) eating at 10:30 am. The place opens at 9 am . I felt under attack and was told to call next time when I told her that I did and no one picked up she continued to try to justify her unprofessionalism. . my family member was charged for something that insurance covered but instead of understanding why I went to seek an explanation of charge I was told that my family member had an attitude.
I told her I wasn't there to argue with her but to seek an explanation because there was a language barrier. I was told to next time come with my family member. I told her that I had to work and she kept coming at me with an unprofessional answer and attitude. She seemed to think ot was okay to talk to people in a certain tone and manner. I don't know how some people come to work if they have no business in customer service when they don't have the capability to speak with professional and understanding. She was more interested in being right. Needless to say that office lost my business and my family's and friends business too because I will not be recommending anyone to go there.
It looked low budget and dirty. . if you want to get treated badly then you're in the right environment. .

If I could give this office 1/8th of a star, I would. My visit was an absolute disaster, and the blame lies squarely with the office manager, Liz, whose crass, surly demeanor and lack of professionalism left me stunned. I scheduled an appointment for an urgent procedure —a chipped front tooth. They schedule a root canal for two weeks later (today), only to find that the office had not taken the basic step of confirming my insurance coverage for this procedure beforehand. Despite sending multiple text reminders, Liz failed to secure the necessary approval, wasting my time and causing me to miss an important work meeting.
When I reasonably suggested she contact the insurance during my visit, she responded with dismissive remarks and no clear timeline for resolution. What’s worse, when I expressed frustration over the lack of preparation, Liz escalated the situation by arguing in front of other patients and even making cruel jabs at my neck movements, an involuntary mannerism that happens when I speak -further testifying to her inability to defuse patient conflicts with forbearance and compassion. Her behavior was shocking and wholly inappropriate for someone working in healthcare. To add insult to injury, when I called my insurance myself after leaving, I received the answer in five minutes—something Liz could have easily handled before my appointment. It's no wonder this place holds a 3.
5 out of five rating. Liz clearly despises her job and has no business in a patient-facing role. For the sake of your time, money, and dignity, avoid this office at all costs. There are far better dental practices nearby.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Service is fast and painless. Most insurance is accepted.

I would never go back to that place. I chose it because it was close to home and convenient, but the service is terrible. They charge unjustified fees to your insurance and take multiple X-rays that you don’t need, with no option to decline. I went for an inlay, which took three weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it didn’t fit properly, but they forced it in despite knowing it wasn’t right and never adjusted it.
There was a gap between the inlay and my tooth where food would get stuck—it was awful, and the inlay moved constantly. I went back, and they wanted to charge me another $650 for a new inlay. When I asked them to adjust it, they only added resin to one side, leaving two teeth stuck together. They refused to adjust the inner side, leaving a rough texture that would cut my tongue whenever it touched it. I had to find another dentist and pay for everything again because they also didn’t give me access to the X-rays they took.
Awful place—I would never recommend anyone to go there. Even the cleaning appointment was a nightmare, and the doctor was incredibly rude to me. Honestly, if you have the option to go to a different dental center in Middle Village, do it! I’m going to escalate my complaint with my insurance company because this is unacceptable.
