Good Vibes

My boyfriend made an appointment because he needs an oral surgeon & they always say you have to go to a dentist for a referral. Boyfriend went in fine and they took X-rays & was put on antibiotics for a week because he has metal in his neck, so he needs antibiotics before each surgery. He was told to take the antibiotics for a week and he’ll get a call for an appointment for oral surgeon, never received a phone call the second week. He has tried to call the office for the past week and they haven’t answered, he left messages and no return calls. I tried to call today (8.

1. 24) and they answered. According to the front desk, his insurance was being terminated, but we switched HMO’s and the new HMO was supposed to take affect today (8. 1. 24) but we ended up switching back to the original HMO, than I asked why they didn’t call and notify that there was an issue & why he was given antibiotics if they didn’t plan on scheduling for the oral surgery, the dentist himself said that he was putting him on antibiotics because of the metal in his neck & in the office notes it says he had an infection.

Rude staff at the front desk, and very disrespectful ladies. My boyfriend liked the dentist though. We were hung up on 3 times! Very unprofessional staff! Will not be going back ever!

Thank God the older staff and previous dr is NO LONGER THERE. THE PRACTICE WAS RECENTLY SOLD TO NEW MGMT AND OWNER. GREAT PEOPLE AND MUCH BETTER ENERGY THERE. PREVIOUSLY IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TO GO THERE BUT NEW STAFF STARTED AND SIGHT IMPROVEMENT TO OFFICE SPACE AS WELL NEWLY PAINTED ALS0

Worst place ever. Unprofessional doctors and staff. They perform tooth extractions on me and told me that I would get an attached Bridge, the day after my extractions they called and said my insurance doesn't cover the bridge so I was left without teeth. I would run as far away from this place as you possibly can. Don't go here.
