Update: I still highly recommend this pediatric dentist and his staff! My daughter had something wrong with her gums/jaw. I thought maybe it was her molars and I was being overly anxious, or potentially a tumor (due to family history). I decided to have her seen, even though I was embarrassed I was over reacting. The front office staff got her in the office within 2 days of my call. The hygienist and dentist took my concern so seriously. They even added on an X-ray to be thorough.

They didn’t make me seem overly anxious at all and took all my concerns to heart. My daughter will be fine and I left with a prescription. I am so impressed! We are always in and out quickly, the entire staff is friendly, and I’m pleased with the care my kids receive. They also always get a little baggie of goodies with each visit. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! I highly recommend Midlands Pediatric Dentistry.

This office was amazing. They truly cater to young kids and made mine feel at home. I should also mention that my kid wouldn’t let his last office do anything to him. We are definitely switching to this office permanently.

They gave his sun glasses and other toys to make him feel comfortable and added him to the experience. It was awesome, which sometimes dental is hard on kids. I would recommend this office to any and everyone!

5 star service!! 5 star facility!! 5 star Dentist and staff!! Everything always operates so smoothly at this office and I love that it's kept so clean. The staff is always welcoming and they are very kid-friendly. From calling to set up an appointment, to your actual appointment day, it's a pleasant experience. The staff can even quickly communicate with you through text message or email. That is a nice “extra” that a lot of offices don’t provide.

Both my daughters are patients here, and they love the bag of dental goodies and cute little toys they receive at the end of their visits. The service is always exceptional here. Thank you so much Dr. Shoun and staff. We will see you all in 6 months!

I could not have been more satisfied with this practice and my son’s first dental visit! The front staff were very nice and welcoming. The waiting room was super kid friendly. The hygienist was super sweet and gave my son numerous things to play with to make him comfortable.

She also had Bluey playing in the room. The dentist was so friendly! He didn’t rush anything and made sure my son and I were both comfortable. We will absolutely continue to come here!! Highly, highly recommend!
