Dr. Cronkite is really friendly and a great dentist. My hygenist was also very kind. However, over the past couple years I feel like the front desk staff can be a bit unfriendly and act like my asking for appointments or changing them is an inconvenience.

My only other issue is that when I’ve rescheduled in the past, they couldn’t get me in for 2 months or so. That’s a bit frustrating as a patient.

My son and I have been going here for nearly a decade and I have never once had a negative experience that remotely resembles the majority of comments here. Dr. Cronkite has always been very personable and his staff had been helpful and friendly. As for trying to get extra services. .

. I've never had to go in for more than a cleaning. They've never suggested replacing my old sealants or told me I had cavities I didn't have. They will keep me and my family as patients and we will continue to have some of the best teeth around!

I’ve been going to this dentist office since around 2014, and just never thought to make a review! Have always had amazing service, they get me in very quickly for any “emergency”, as well are always helpful when it comes to rescheduling. The dentist is always super sweet, and makes the process very relaxing. Every hygienist I’ve had has been very gentle, and friendly.

Today I had Debra and she was AMAZING. She made me feel very comfortable, informed, and even gave me amazing suggestions for my teeth outside of the office. She’s the best hygienist I’ve had there, or at any other past office!! I never dread going to the dentist after I started going here!:)

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it has always been great. Doctor Cronkite is a very good dentist and he’s very friendly. However the last 2 times I came I have been stuck with Sarah the dental hygienist who is extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts like she hates the world because she is at that job, she may need a new one.

She was even rude to Dr Cronkite when he was trying to be helpful to her. I most likely will just cutt my loses and find a new dentist because I don’t want to keep getting stuck with her.
