Morse & Doyle is a great dental place to go to. Chrystal the hygienist is a warm and caring person who made sure I was comfortable with my cleaning. She is gentle and effective and answered any questions I have regarding my maintenance. I have been seeing Chrystal for 4 years and I won't use another hygienist.

The office staff is wonderful too. Lorie helped me with an appointment for an upcoming extraction for a wisdom tooth with an oral surgeon and took time to explain any questions I had. As a matter of fact the whole office has a warm and caring vibe.

Update: I have not experienced the below again. Maybe the review helped? Moving the rating up to 3 stars since lately things have gone smoother. Previously we had the worst visit with Morse & Doyle. Took my son for regular check up and cleaning. Arrived to one person doing the check in who stayed on the phone 10 minutes without ever so much as even acknowledging us. 5 more people came in after creating a bit of a log jam for check in resulting in our check in being pushed to the back of the line.

Then of course everyone is taken before we are even though the appointment time was before all of these patients. Then the check out, same basic thing. We get done last, 2 people behind the desk now one talking with a person at the window another ignoring us while working on the computer for 5 minutes. If this happens again we will find another dentist office. I don’t have time to wait 30-45 minutes for a scheduled appointment.

I’ve been going to Morse & Doyle since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. The friendly doctors and staff are all very good at what they do. My most recent visit was with my hygienist, Crystal. Crystal is a sweet lady, and always does a great job cleaning my teeth gently and thoroughly.

I highly recommend her services. Like most people, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but since I must, this is the place I want to be.
