A very unprofessional dentist office! Painful cleanings and very ghetto! They don't return voice-mails on important matters and hard to reach!!

Great staff and Dentist. I had a wisdom tooth removed and I'm so grateful I found Dr. Warren I felt in good hands immediately.

Great practice. I went last week to Dr. Rod Warren. He is a excellent dentist. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a dentist. He knew exactly what was the issue with my tooth. He is great dentist. I have been going to this practice for 15+ years.

On November 25, 2024, I took my mother to Warren Dental to have her partial replaced. Initially, Dr. Rob attempted an adjustment, but unfortunately, it made her partial more uncomfortable. My mother voiced her concerns, and though Dr. Rob made additional attempts to fix it, he became increasingly frustrated when he couldn't restore it to its original state. After several unsuccessful tries, he told us that he couldn't adjust it back and that she would have to live with the discomfort until she received her new partial. This was deeply disappointing, as my mother left in a worse condition than when she arrived. Despite this, we proceeded with getting a mold for the new partial and were told the process would require multiple visits, which we accepted. However, the scheduling of these follow-ups turned into a frustrating ordeal. We were originally set to return on Monday, January 13, for Dr. Warren to check the fit, but upon arrival, we were told the appointment had been rescheduled to Thursday, January 9, which we had unknowingly missed. I explained that I had responded to the appointment confirmation for January 13 and had mistakenly assumed the emails for the 9th were related to that date. Having taken time off work, I asked if Dr. Rob could check the fit, but the receptionist claimed he was not on-site.
However, I saw Dr. Rob walk down the hallway, only to turn around and leave in the opposite direction. Even though we couldn’t be seen that day due to their scheduling mistake, I rescheduled for January 30. When we returned on the 30th, the office seemed tense, and it was clear that staff members had been made aware of the situation as they frequently lingered in and around the exam room while Dr. Warren spoke with my mother. During our discussion, I informed Dr. Warren that my mother has been diagnosed with dementia and sometimes experiences emotional episodes. I expressed my appreciation for his patience and understanding. Dr. Warren explained that this was the time for my mother to assess the comfort of the partial and share any concerns so that adjustments could be made before her next, possibly final, visit. During a previous visit, my mother raised concerns about food getting trapped in her gums and spacing between her teeth. Dr. Warren explained that her teeth had shifted over time and that it would be difficult, if not impossible, to create a partial that would fully close the gaps. He suggested she take the device home to adjust to it and return if she still had concerns.
However, he also made a dismissive remark that she might want to find another provider to build her partial. Despite his comment, we returned today, as instructed, with three specific concerns my mother had about the fit. As Dr. Warren addressed them, he became increasingly impatient when my mother asked for clarification, struggling to understand his explanations. While my mother is high-functioning and capable of understanding most things, his reasoning did not align with what we were observing in her mouth. As she tried to piece it together, he grew more agitated and abruptly told her to “hold on” and “you listen to me” in a manner that was inappropriate and unprofessional. Moments later, he declared that there was nothing more he could do, stated that he would take back the partial, issue a refund, and rescind the insurance claim, then immediately walked out to see another patient. This experience was extremely disappointing. The way my mother was spoken to, in front of multiple staff members was unacceptable. I hope Dr. Rob and Dr. Warren take time to reflect on how they communicate with special needs patients and recognize the impact their words and actions have. Because today, my mother left their office in tears.
