My special needs 20yo granddaughter was taken here recently for a chipped front tooth. I wasn’t there but it was reported to me that he was quite rude about my granddaughter’s anxiety. Her mother, my daughter in law, was able to get her calmed and wondered if bonding was the best treatment. The doctor responded that bonding would only last 2 yrs. My daughter in law said she knew several ppl whose bonding had lasted for 20+ yrs. The doctor responded, “That’s not true”.

Well, doctor, I’m here to tell you that I had the same tooth as my granddaughter with a large chip bonded in 1975. The bonding is still intact. What you said was wrong and how you said it was rude. There are wonderful dentists with staff out there who are pleasant and welcoming. Use their services, not this one.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful staff, everyone is very friendly and inviting. I was terrified of the dentist for a long time but now I feel so comfortable and confident going into their practice. Amazing people and efficient work, very transparent and professional while maintaining a relaxing and kind environment. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to everyone who works there 🫶🏻

Absolutely the worst dentist! I had a horrible experience having crown placement. He injected me w numbing agents that made me see stars, pictures on the walls were tilting; almost like I was hallucinating! My heart was racing! I knew something clearly wasn’t normal. His hygienist said it was because he injected into a vessel! He didn’t seem to care at all. Just kept saying “you’re fine” then would walk away. The crowns were simply placed bc I clench when I sleep. Aside from that I have great teeth & oral health. I went to see a different dentist for a 2nd opinion bc I was having gum irritation & noticed a hole in one of the crowns & a deep crevice in the other which was causing some temperature sensitivity issues. She noticed this as well & advised replacement crowns. He closed his office for one whole week in August ‘24 right after placing my temporary crowns & then again for another whole week in Jan ‘25; just 5mo later when I went back to speak to him about CLEAR issues post getting a second opinion! He does major dental work then closes his office so God forbid you experience any issues, you can’t go to him to repair it; you have to find someone else or wait in pain! My temp crown popped off even though I was following a strict soft diet.

It caused awful pain & I had to leave work early to go see a different dentist to fix his shoddy work! He placed my permanent crowns & once the numbing agents wore off I immediately noticed these issues. After following the appropriate channels including calling my insurance company & collecting all documentation, I went back to his office to explain the issue & kindly requested a refund to have them replaced properly. He immediately disagreed w the 2nd opinion I received from my new dentist & told me he refused to give me my money back while pointing to the door & telling me to leave. I asked the secretary to please scan my documents to have in their system while calling back my insurance company to help clarify things for him. Again he refused & picked up the phone saying “I’m calling the cops”. He treated me as though I was causing a scene even though I remained so calm & never even raised my voice even though I wanted to so badly! He’s extremely rude & has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in my life! I work in medicine & have never seen this type of treatment towards a patient ever before. Unacceptable. Unprofessional!! And does absolutely horrible work!! I would rank him a negative 5 if I could! Nightmare experience!! Do yourself the favor & do NOT go to him for ANY dental work. I’ve reported him to the board of dentistry & will be obtaining a lawyer for dental malpractice for reimbursement.

I’ve attached photos of his horrible work including the response from my insurance company highlighting that his work does NOT meet even minimal standards & he should FULLY refund me. You don’t have to be an expert to see these issues. Mind you, this was immediately noticeable so 1 day vs 4 months (which be mentioned in his argumentative response to my honest review) is irrelevant because they’re still considered brand new & should NOT have holes & deep crevasses with gum irritation *eye roll*. Also, Alex, since you read these reviews & responded, keep in mind people can see how rude you are. Nobody cares for your arrogant & egotistical responses towards their horrible experiences with you. Seems like you enjoy arguing w your patients from reading other reviews. I’ll get my money back & karma is real. *Smiling*
