The assistant, T, who took my X-rays, was especially kind and made the process super smooth and comfortable. She was patient and gentle, which I really appreciated. Dr. Prat was fantastic.

He was warm, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he saw during the exam in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and he made me feel genuinely cared for.
