The staff at Modern Family Dental Care - Concord Mills made me feel comfortable and well cared for, from the friendly front desk staff to the skilled and experienced dentist and hygienist. Corey was great and very relatable. She knew what she was doing which helped me feel more relaxed. I appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtful approach. I got a root canal and was scared OUT OF MY MIND due to the horror stories I’ve heard over the years. I honestly thought they were talking me into some medical procedure that I could avoid so I started googling and asking 100 questions and even showing Dr. Taj some TikTok videos. To my surprise he answered ALL of my questions and even watched my videos.

Didn’t take offense at all. I can swallow my pride and say that Corey and Dr. Taj were right. Bc I didn’t already come in with an infected tooth, the root canal was painless. They are a bit pricey for me but I’ll pay whatever to get that type of quality, professionalism and service. The only con (for me) was I would’ve wanted them to reiterate the immediate after-care process again before walking out the door. I had to ask. I’m sure I’m being extra but I was very nervous and scared and they talked me through everything over and over again except for that part.

I’m sure it was my nerves. I was praying and talking to God half the procedure. I’d highly recommend them. I’m just waiting for my numbness to disappear atp. I can’t wait for my permanent crown to come in 2 weeks. My smile will then be perfect!

I can’t say enough nice things about this dentist! They have always treated me extremely well and my teeth and gums are better than ever. I had Q help me with my cleaning this time and she was fantastic. I really appreciate the honesty and kindness everyone has always shown me!
