I had an amazing experience with Robin who did my cleaning. She did an excellent job, did a very deep cleaning. I felt she is very detail oriented at her work and does it very precisely. I had the best experience with Robin at Monarch. Definitely will come again :)

I had an appointment on June 6th for dental x-rays after being referred by another dental clinic, with the understanding that the procedure would be fully covered by my insurance. After the x-rays were completed, I presented my insurance card, but was told that it was not active and I would need to pay out of pocket. I was charged $208. Immediately afterward, I contacted the referring clinic, who confirmed that my insurance was active and advised me to return to the clinic to request a refund.

Upon returning, I was told there had been a mistake; however, I was only refunded $124—despite my valid coverage. The original clinic has since informed me they will no longer be referring patients to this location due to this incident and past concerns. My father also shared that he and a friend had a negative experience with this clinic in the past. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

The lack of transparency and professionalism in handling my case raises serious concerns about their reliability and integrity.
