Love Dr. Krosser, office is fantastic. My daughter had a chipped front tooth, Dr Krosser did an incredible job. You cant tell where the chip was. So happy with the whole staff, and highly reccomend!!5 + stars

I have been a patient of Dr. Krosser's for 30 years. He is a wonderful dentist and I have no complaints about him. I have my teeth cleaned every four months. For my past two cleanings, I had Spencer, a dental hygienist. He did a terrible job cleaning my teeth both times. He did not even check my gums and he did a poor job polishing my teeth.

He spent a total of 10 minutes cleaning my teeth at both appointments. I had to go get my teeth cleaned elsewhere. I told him three times that I had no issues with my teeth and that I saw Dr. Krosser within the year. He brought Dr. Krosser in to look at my teeth anyway and I got charged for an appointment with the dentist. I keep my teeth in very good condition and neither the dentist nor the hygienist found anything wrong with my teeth.

Spencer is very pushy and seemingly makes a bigger effort to upsell a patient services than to clean a patient's teeth. I addressed my concerns with Cornelius, who told me she was the office manager, and the receptionist. I asked for a call back twice but I never heard back. I am now posting this review since I never back back about this issue.

People ask me why I travel 45 minutes to see my dentist and I tell them there’s only one Dr Krosser. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and professional. I always know he can address wherever dental issues that I have.

Hi, I am Joan and my first experience at Mondovi Dental was great. The place was very clean and the staff very professional. Spencer my hygienist is very good at his profession he explained the steps of the procedure, he was very gentle and have great bedside manner. I will recommend this establishment to any person or persons who are looking for a great Dentist like Dr.

Krosser. I give Ten Stars and this is the absolute truth.
