The office administrators submitted the incorrect procedure code to my insurance company. My insurance company spoke with the Bruce Kern office administrator and informed her that the incorrect procedure code was submitted based on the type of service performed. The insurance company provided the correct procedure code to submit based on the type of service performed. The administrator refused to submit a corrected claim to the insurance company with the proper procedure code. The insurance company representative and I could not believe why Dr. Bruce Kern office refused to submit a corrected claim. I paid Dr.

Kern office up front for the service. The office waited 4 weeks to submit my claim to the insurance company. The Dr. office got paid by me up front and refused to assist me with getting my claim submitted to my insurance company properly for reimbursement. Additionally, this is a Network provider.

Dr Kern is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. This was my first time and I felt very comfortable transferring my periodontal exams and cleanings from my old periodontist in Edison since it's a bit far for me now.
