37 years with the practice and we are unceremoniously dumped with a phone call and a scheduled cleaning for my child 12 days out is canceled because the new doctor doesn’t take our insurance and the prior owner who is still working there supposedly needs to follow the new policy with no transition period. They couldn’t even give us a list of alternative providers who take our insurance. I’ve recommended this practice to several dozen people over the years.

I no longer do. So much for customer loyalty!

Paula at front desk is great. Hygienist is excellent a d of course Dr. Chady is top notch. Whole family are long-time patients. When my son was young, he was a scared, difficult patient but thus practice was the only place he felt comfortable and they all were kind and patient with him. Highly recommend this practice.

First time visiting healthy smiles for a cleaning and I was very pleased! My cleaning was excellent! The hygienist was friendly, thorough and very informative about everything she would be doing, Dr Chady was wonderful and thorough as well, and made me feel welcome as a new patient. Paula out front in reception is very organized and set up our appointments with ease, accommodating our whole family and their crazy schedules.

Paperwork was sent out ahead of the appointments postage paid!, so we were all ready to go for our appointments. Would highly recommend Healthy Smiles dental group!!
