My initial experience with Montecito Dental was less than satisfactory. The first crown they provided fell out within a month, indicating a lack of durability in their work. Additionally, I had a cleaning scheduled, but received an unexpected text notifying me that Montecito Dental was no longer in the VA network, leaving me to find a new dentist. Upon contacting Montecito Dental for clarification, I was informed that they dropped out of the VA network due to payment delays.

Despite this decision, they claimed to still support veterans. The situation appeared to be a he said/she said issue, raising doubts about the accuracy and consistency of information provided by the front office. I do not recommend.

Approximately 2. 5 years ago, I was concerned that I'd find a dental clinic suitable enough to call it, "My dental clinic, or my dentist. " Being in the military for 24+ years, I never had to search around to find dental care since it was always provided to me - now that I'm retired, it was time to find a place. I stumbled across this office one day; completed the required paperwork, and scheduled my first cleaning appointment. When that day arrived, I will say that I was thoroughly impressed. . . and relieved. Relieved because the people working there were not only friendly, but very professional. They listened to my concerns and provided ample feedback on different courses of action depending on my schedule. I really enjoyed the fact that they weren't pushy on anything, nor did they look at me like I was some disgusting thing on this planet because I didn't want to fix certain issues with my teeth right away. The people here are very flexible and make you feel at home. Recently, I had a crown applied to my tooth. .

. this was a result from an issue I had been dealing with for almost 3 years (just didn't want to bring it up, nor did I want to pay for it). This was my first crown applied and I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I've heard of issues that other people had during the application process. I will say this. . . FLAWLESS. . . completely flawless execution! No issues; no complaints, and no more food trapped between the two teeth which was very annoying. Put a crown on Dr. Gupta for her remarkable work!! She definitely changed my life for the better. In addition to the crown, my cleaning appointments have been nothing short of outstanding. Rhonda, the hygienist, always does a superb job on cleaning my teeth.

Aside from her lack of keeping up with the newest movies released, she definitely sets the tone on quality work. Another notable worker in that clinic is Michelle. Although, I've only had three visits in which she was present, during those three visits, she has been very upbeat, and provided stellar workmanship during my exams and during the crown application. Her and Dr. Gupta make a great team! Last but not least, Angela has always been very friendly up in the front office since day 1 of visiting this clinic. Honestly, I don't think she is capable of ever being unfriendly. She is very caring and provides great customer service to patients! I've also noticed her providing detailed customer service to other patients as well so it's not a hit-or-miss with her. . . she is ALWAYS this way. I know this post was longer than the norm, but if these workers are going to take the time to provide quality care, then I wanted to take some time to recognize these outstanding workers that I had the privilege of experiencing. Thank you to these great workers and the rest of the staff (I'm not certain how many people work here, but I'm sure they're all remarkable)! I now identify this place as "MY" dental clinic.

Absolutely LOVE the ladies over At Montecito Dental: they brighten both your teeth and your soul! Did you know massage dental chairs existed?! I didn’t and was in for a surprise! It was a spa day, a therapy day, and oh, I also got my teeth cleaned to perfection.

***UPDATE: They also hooked me up with some special sensitivity toothpaste and the problems I had been having with my teeth the last few years is *finally* gone! 5 outta 5 easy 💗

I have been a patient if Dr. Hart’s for 15 years. My family has too. I hadn’t been in for awhile and was experiencing pain. I called Monday, got in Tuesday morning. Michelle is one of the best in any medical profession. So kind, gentle, has great energy and explained everything. Dr.

Hart was out so Dr. Rodriguez took care of me. She was also so kind and explained everything. In addition to that, she was constantly concerned about my paid and comfort. In addition to all of this, Dr. Hart had literally saved my life years back when another dentist did a root canal ending in a huge infection. She is amazing. Go see this team!
