When i said i had the best experience ever i mean it!!! In the pass when i will try to get my teeth worked on it never happened, and insurance wasn’t covering or just something always got in the way. When i got my x-rays done and an exam i was asked did i wanted to proceed with getting my extractions done and bone graft i was so happy to agree to start the process. My insurance covered 80% and i had to pay the rest out of pocket. Then i was offered a payment plan of the remaining 800 i had to pay and was instantly approved for almost 4k super happy.

So i only used what i needed and later on when i come back to get the rest of my work done i have funds left over to use. The doctor was amazing i cant thank him enough he was so gentle with me, and everytime i felt pain he made sure i was numb no questions asked. He was with me every step of the way i can’t thank him enough!!!! I will recommend everyone to come to chapel cause you are AWESOME!!!

This was my first visit to this dentist’s office, and it was an extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived 20 minutes early for my 11:00 AM appointment, knowing that first-time patients often need to fill out paperwork. I wanted to be respectful of their time and prepared to be seen by 11:00 AM. I even paid a $4 co-pay, which is still pending, and I hope to get that refunded. The reason I will never return—and why I ultimately walked out—is that several patients who arrived after me were seen before me.

Despite being one of the first to check in, I was the last one left in the waiting area. Around 11:20 AM, another patient asked the receptionist if they were running behind. She confirmed they were, and he mentioned he could reschedule if the wait would be too long. She assured him it wouldn’t take long, and within five minutes, he and his wife were called back—despite only waiting about 5–7 minutes in total. Meanwhile, I was still sitting there with no communication about the delay or why others were being prioritized over me.

I enjoy going to the dentist, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had due to the complete disregard for my time. The receptionist did call me about 2–3 minutes after I left, around 11:25 AM, to say they were ready for me. However, by that point, I had already waited nearly 40 minutes with no explanation, while multiple people were seen ahead of me. Because of this, I will not be returning and would rate this office a 1/10.

I have pretty good teeth and need cleaning up twice a year. Been to this place for many years since Dr. Pang who was very good. But he sold the clinic a few years ago and went back to Taiwan because of his health. Then it wasn’t good for awhile. This time I can feel the service is good and the cleaning is much better and back to the standard I had before. Good job!

My son has a disability. Dr Andy makes him feel at ease and comfortable. I never had a problem making appointment and being seen .The staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.
