Often unorganized. I came in for a dental cleaning for 2:00, and I didn't get in till an hr and 30 mins later. Someone else walked in at 2:37 for their 2:30 appointment and went in at 3:00. They didn't know what happened to my appointment.

Also for this cleaning, it was cancelled twice by the dentist office in which I had to reschedule this appointment. I did have a root canal here and had a very good experience but I do not enjoy wasting my time waiting for a clean.

just stupid frontdesk staff who doesnt knows how to do her work. dont know how to access patient's insurance data and overall this dentist office is very unprofessional. Have informed my insurance provider to move this dentist out of their network. Just stupid.

His office is ridiculous. I came there with a referral from my dentist for a root canal and a retreat. He sent me somewhere else telling me that they don’t do retreats.

I just called to get a root canal and the lady called me asking me if I’m gonna keep them as a primary dentistry or if I’m going to go to my original one and she say don’t worry we just need to know what to make the appointment for you! an hour later, she calls me telling me they cant do it making an excuse that he’s a endodontist, but doesn’t have the right equipment. The 2. 6 stars really explain this

Had an appointment to get the tooth sensitivity checked. Front office checkin was quick. However, the lady who took X-ray was so inconsiderate. The mouthpiece of X-ray equipment was bruising inside ny mouth and still she pushed the process so hard that I was tearing up through the process. Doctor did not even took a peak inside my mouth and just looking at xray he prescribed 3 root canal, 2 filling and 1 tooth extraction.

I did not have any pain or other complaints at this time. He was very rude too. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this place at all.
