I have been a patient at Morrisons Dental for 28 years. Dentist is good. But, lately the billing department will tell you whatever they would like you to pay. A lot of times they would promise that they will straighten up their mistake because they found their mistake but they will change what they have told you and deny the resolutions that they have agreed on. I think they are just guessing at the billing department and no one is knowledgeable! I don't know if I can discuss my issues with the dentist or not, because it seems that the billing department is not covered or managed by the dentist.

Other reviews are showing a lot of issues how the billing department function. Please note that if a billing staff said or promised that the issue is now resolved, ask for a signed document saying it's resolved, because they will deny what they have said. It happened to me 2 times now.

Every appointment I ever had with them I made sure to ask them when I checked in that I had no bill due and that my insurance covered the visit they always said yes, and now over a year later, I’m receiving a bill from them saying that the insurance wasn’t covering the visit. They then take the payment over the phone and never mention a 3% credit card fee. Didn’t know about it until i got the invoice and realized they charged me 3%.

As a courtesy, it would have been nice to know about the convenience fee when the person taking the payment on the phone was taking the card information. I wouldn’t advise using Morrison Dental if you value being told the truth and not being sent bills years later that you were originally told were covered.

I have always had awful anxiety when it comes to dental visits. That has changed since going to. Morrison Dental in Norge. I continue to be impressed with the knowledge and care each employee gives. The hygienist' s are so nice, they understand my anxiety and make sure I am comfortable and not in any pain.

The dentists are always in great moods, never rush, and answer any questions I may have. Also, there is something to be said for a waiting room with a beach theme. I swear it helps me relax as soon as I walk in, smart! I have heard all. of their locations give great care. 😁
