Loved going here so much. Loved my conversations with the friendly staff especially Kim. It’s so sad it has to be my last visit due to the changes of charging the clients huge amounts upfront.

I have always thought the purpose of having insurance was so that I wouldn’t be surprised with a $3,000 bill. I understand I get some back later but I’m sorry I cant pay huge amounts like that even temporary. Call me if you change back🤞

I am completely baffled and appalled as to why this dental office only has a 4. 9 rating and not a 5 out of 5! By far, the best customer service, knowledge, and experience I have ever had at any dentist. This practice exudes total care, compassion, professionalism, and personability from each and every person I have had the pleasure of working with. Tracy is most certainly the best hygienist in Williamsburg! Amie is kind, understanding, non-judgemental, and personable. Brooke really listens and handles any concerns with knowledge and helpful recommendations.

Dr. Timothy Johston knows exactly what's best for his patients. His confidence in himself and his team helped put any doubts I had to rest. My teeth are not only a night and day difference, but because of collaborated efforts of the entire staff, I have learned how to better care for my oral health so I can maintain the beautiful smile I have always wanted. A smile only made possible with the help of everyone at Norge Dental Center!

The staff is always so friendly. I haven't been there for almost a year. I seen a new hygienist I believe Giane and she is so sweet. Doctor was great too. Front dest was wonderful and checkout. I love Norge Dental Clinic always professional.

Friendly front desk, verified all information and clarified quickly. Hygiene team was awesome! Chair side manner made the experience comfortable and engaging. The dentist was warm and confident. I was nervous because it had been a year but the team at Norge Dental Center put me at ease in minutes! Great first visitor!
