It started a little rough. Very long wait for a first appointment and when I called and left several messages, no one returned my calls. When an actually went there to get information on my appointments, SADIE took care of me and made all things right! Patty fitted me for my dentures and she was so pleasant! We talked the entire time, great bedside manner. When my teeth finally were here, Sadie offered to stay late to make sure I’d get them because it was so late in the day.

I made it and she was right there with a smile! I highly recommended this dental office! Oh, and Dr. Moore was fine. lol

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have extreme anxiety about dentists and the entire staff worked together to make me feel comfortable. Kate Welcomed me as soon as I walked in and reassured me I was going to be okay. Once I got called back to my room Patty had a blanket and a smile waiting for me. I almost left from my nerves but Patty talked me through it and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. Her voice was very calming and I felt my heart rate go back down and was able to stay and have my cavities filled.

Another worker named Candace came to check on me and offer me words of encouragement. Once Dr. Moore came in he was extremely patient in explaining step by step what he was doing to do. I barely felt the numbing. He is the only dentist who has only had to numb me once! Everyone was so patient with me and I did not feel like a burden from my anxiety. I will never go anywhere else to get work done!
