During this visit, a dental professional, often referred to as a "smile advisor," conducts a comprehensive examination, which typically includes X-rays and digital 3D scans of the patient's teeth. This digital impression is then used to create a personalized treatment plan, mapping out the gradual movement of the teeth into their desired positions. Motto Clear Aligners are designed to be worn for approximately 22 hours per day, removed only for eating, drinking anything other than cold water, and oral hygiene. Patients typically switch to a new set of aligners every 1-2 weeks, with each set applying gentle, consistent pressure to shift the teeth. The average treatment duration for Motto Clear Aligners is often cited as being as little as six months, though this can vary depending on the complexity of the individual's case.
