I came here from 2023-2024 or so. At the end of my braces treatment, there were some things that I didn't find aesthetically pleasing (the bottom of my front teeth were not flush with eachother, my k9s were noticeably lower than surrounding teeth, etc. ). When I brought them up to Dr. Iszkula, he got angry and passive aggressive- this was a surprise because he had been friendly for the previous 15 months.

He reluctantly began to address the issues, and when they made small improvements, I said my teeth were fine mostly so I didn't have to go anymore. On the contrast, Dr. Murray, the front desk team members, and dental team were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I will also add that the building was well kept.
