Receptionist was friendly, cordial & professional EXCEPT she said she would reach back THE SAME DAY (3/28) regarding availability!! No reach back from them via any form (call, VM, text, email, etc or otherwise) from them. That makes them LIARS Update: they claimed to have attempted to text me. It didn't come through (not entirely their fault, but they didn't attempt to call/email, so I had to call in).

A seemingly condescending gaslighter (named CINDY) referred to me as "young man" so I responded in kind by calling her old lady (see, I can pull that stuff too). Needs sorely to be retrained for phone etiquette & professionalism. Ultimately, still haven't rescheduled for my wife and I.

Oh, and that reminds me: last time there was a relatively heavy snow in Feb, canceled my wife's appointment AND NEVER BOTHERED TO REACH OUT AND RESCHEDULE. They are just taking L's & epic FAILS at EVERY TURN. RESULT/CONSEQUENCE: Now I will drop the rating I gave them to the lowest possible (until/unless they FIX THIS)!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I had to get a crown today and never had one before. The team explained everything and made me very comfortable and it was absolute pain-free to the whole process. And then, when I got the bill, it was far less than I expected, but an amazing experience!

Everyone was so lovely! Easy, quick experience every time I go. The front desk staff is so welcoming & happy & makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I had David last time who did an amazing job on my cleaning, I hadn’t gotten a cleaning that good ever before. This time I had Colin who was so super nice & made jokes & talked with me which made me feel at ease when I’m going in for a filling, he also did great with assisting Dr. Pham.

Dr. Pham is the best & always talks me through what she’s doing & checks in frequently to make sure I’m comfortable, she is so gentle & knows what she’s doing. Everyone in the office is awesome & non judge mental. 100000/10 would recommend!

This was my first visit to Murry & Kuhn and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of service. I was particularly impressed with the cleaning service I received from hygienist, David. He was extremely thorough while also gentle.

David is professional and offered excellent patient care by answering all of my questions in a manner that made me a central participant in my own oral health, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend him and this family and cosmetic dentistry.
