Great people - Neelu is always going above and beyond and Nazila is a great hygienist that I highly recommend - my kids used to be afraid of any rype of dental work and now so relaxed and confident! For orthodontic dr.Julien Kim is phenomenal - diligent, caring, and highly professional - done our whole family.

I highly recommend my city dental because to me first impressions are everything. The impression they put on me the first time I spoke with them was very caring, courteous and helpful. They informed me because of my age (30) I am eligible for government funding to help with some of the cost possibly. Whether or not I am eligible, I will definitely be using my city dental even after going to a dental office close to my house for over 10 years.

I feel that my city dental really cares about their customers like a family. They come up with a really good strategy on how to deal with your situation efficiently and cost effectively while providing top tier service. My city dental is my go-to dental office. 😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I had to give this place a 0 rate. I will. I booked an appointment for the first time with this new management. Kiki the receptionist was rude over the phone. I ignored it and proceeded to book my appointment. Then, a txt msg came with the wrong date and time, called back to reconfirm the appointment and she started to argue and fight with me. I wanted to give it a second try and rebook the appointment went to see the dentist got the implant re -cemented, and fell off in two weeks. Book again an appointment for 1pm in advanced she said the specialist for implants had to see you. I arrived on time and she said the specialist is coming at 2:52pm, then she said oh the specialist got into an accident and can not come.

She was absolutely unempathetic, arguing saying you never told me is an implant, another lie. I had to pick my daughter up the school and I live almost 2 hours away. She was sarcastic, arguing, laughing on my face. I was seen by another female dentist and she said she is not specialist in implants and I could ask for my money to be refunded. I came out seing her and Kiki, the receptionist said. What is the story?. . so, unprofessional. My husband had to be on an speaker listening to what kiki was saying as prove.

Kiki said she will give me directly a full refund by etransfer and we are still waiting. I went to another office, same day and the dentist fixed my implant and told me the feeling that was done recently ( At My City dental vaughan) is not good and there is a whole in my tooth. . I need my money back, Kiki. She didn't answer my calls or emails about etransfer my money. Please, stay AWAY! from this place.
