Dr. Shah is great. She's friendly and answers any questions you have about oral hygiene. Friendly staff, clean clinic, fast service. Highly recommend.

Before I render my one star review, please note that I am not commenting on the skills or lack of skills of the dentists at this facility, it only has to do with the logistics of this practice. I lost my last dentist since they no longer accepted my insurance, forcing me to seek a new one. This practice was on the approved list my insurance would cover, plus it was local. I called and made an appointment two months before my next scheduled check up would have been at my previous dentist. Then, two days before my appointment I called to confirm and they acknowledge my appointment at 9AM on that Friday. Even though my appointment was for 9 AM I took the day off anyway. I showed up at 8:50 that Friday and instantly noticed hardly any cars in the lot.

There was a good reason for this since they were not open. I waited about fifteen minutes and still no one showed up. At that point I called them and got the answering service. I told her that I had a confirmed (by them) appointment, today at 9AM and no was there. She told me that the were calling the patients to re-schedule the appointments with no explanation as to why. The problem was they never called me about this. The woman at the call center was totally unsympathetic as to my situation by stating "no problem, we'll just re-schedule you".

Obviously, I guess my time isn't as important to them as theirs. She cold not or would not guarantee me this wouldn't happen again. This "call center" function is probably farmed out to a third party but it is still a reflection, in my opinion on them. As I stated in the beginning, they may be good dentists, I'll never know, however their logistics or the people they farmed it out to were unprofessional at best.
