I used Dr Scott on two occasions.needless to say I hate dental anything but this man and his staff were excellent and I’m sorry he moved his practice but I’m driving to wherever he is. I love everyone’s compassion I’m a chicken at the dentist that why my mouth is soooooooo bad and I’m 61 now.

I came to this office about 2 years ago. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. DR. FRANKLYN remove the first two on my right side. Wonderful job didn’t really feel to much pain. So I had to wait until my right side was healed to go back on do my left side for my wisdom teeth. I kept calling to get my appointment. I was being told my heath insurance didn’t pay for all four wisdom teeth. I was surprised because my insurance told me they did. So I called my insurance let them know what was going. They Reassurance me they paid them for all four wisdom teeth.

I let them know I only had two pulled out. I never got my left side done. So of course it was A back-and-forth thing With my insurance And the dental office. Eventually, it was proven that my insurance they pay for it they did get paid. So I schedule my appointment to get my left done. Smh When I woke up, my mouth was in so much pain. It felt like my jaw was broken. I knew he had to be mad because I was calling up to the office. I was calling his personal cell. I had to get the insurance company involved because if you got paid, you got paid for a job that he did not do, so I guess he was mad about that and he had to finish his job. The health process for my mouth took about two months I noticed as it was healing.

I was spitting out teeth, and I couldn’t understand. I called them several times to let them know hey, something is going on with my mouth. I’m spitting out teeth. I noticed when I was drinking anything cold warm and brushing my teeth. I would get this very very bad pain like my teeth are sensitive, but it was a nerve once I realize that my left side top molar was broken, I knew it came from dr. FRANKLYN now I have several x-rays that can prove that my tooth was never broken and still this day. I get painful sensation from him breaking my top tooth is not broken at the bottom is broken at the top took a drill and went past it hitting it but didn’t tell me. So the reviews I’m reading I believe them.

Terrible pain and the doctor doesn't doctor his patients. He removed 1 wisdom and for a week the recovery was going ok. Lots of swelling and pain but improvement each day. Then I got dry socket. The pain was much worse. Then there was a very loud crack in my jaw and now the pain is severe. I went for a follow up.

He didn't listen to me or answer my questions. He rushed me out and I had no idea what was wrong. I made another follow up appointment but brought my husband because I thought the Surgeon would an answer a man. We got more answers but at the end, he told us there is nothing more he can do. My pain has been 8/9 for weeks and I am on a liquid diet because I cannot open my mouth or chew food without extreme pain. When searching Google to find the correct doctor to help me, it says oral surgeon. I'm like it was an oral surgeon who said there was nothing to be done.

Dr. Scott broke my mouth and refuses to fix it or help me diagnose the problem. I wish that I never got my 1 wisdom tooth removed. I cannot eat or speak anymore.
