Great customer service. Have been well taken care of here even for a past root canal I had no idea was infected and needed redone although I’ve been to several dentists recently. Great staff.

I am so disappointed! I really love the dentists there. They are amazing and do amazing work, however the office staff ruined that for me. I have been a patient for a while now. I bring my 3 kids and husband. We had a family emergency, we were unable to make it to the appointment. I called ahead of time to reschedule.

I was not told of any cancelation fees. When I confirmed the new appointment days later, they tried to charge me a no "show fee" of $75. That is a lot of money for a caneleation but its not even about the money, as a loyal patient all these years, 1 rescheduling and this is how I am treated. The women on the line for billing had no time for my explanation. She was NASTY. I asked to speak to the manager and she was "busy" yeah ok.

My point is, it is disappointing to have great doctors but a crappy office staff with no professionalism or empathy. Now I can only hope to find a better office with the same quality doctors if not better. 5 stars for doctors, not even half a star for the manager who couldn't find a minute to problem solve and keep 5 patients. And the billing manager who's only concern is taking your money.

This place makes me so so disappointed. They care about money so much and the dentist also couldn’t put all his attention on one patient when he works on. Because there are more patients are waiting for him at the same time. From the beginning when the first time I walk to the office I have explained to Dr. Balilli very cleanly . my crown needs to be done enough high . So my back top sinking molar tooth could not hitting the Bottom molar one which cause me pain and headaches and dizziness. After the first appointment later I had to go back to the office many times to correct the temporary crown’s height. Until the fourth time I went back then I found out he never really listened to me. He made the crown shorter and shorter . Exactly the opposite way what I need. I have tried to call the office many times and want communicate with the doctor and want to make the job done correctly. He only replied me twice then he never call me back again. The office told me I have to pay another adjustment fee.

What? I couldn’t believe they said that. They want me to pay more than $100 before my final crown is done. I have paid off the whole balance at the first day I visit the office. The temporary crown cause bad smell and I was afraid that there were infections going on. I had to remind him to put some medicine on the tooth before he put the temporary crown back on. He didn’t put medicine on it instead he let me use Chorhexidine mouthwash. Also he didn’t warn me this mouthwash can cause teeth bad stain if you use it for more than one. I didn’t know and I used it to rinse my mouth at least for 3 times. After I arrived home my son noticed my teeth are brown. I was so scared and upset. It’s been almost one month since May 8 . I’m still wearing the temporary crown. I called them today want to make sure the final crown is ready . Then they told me I have to reschedule the appointment because the crown isn’t ready .

It’s been almost for two weeks since they said they sent it to the lab. The crown should’t take that long. I knew . I knew they forgot to let the lab to make it! Update: Although the new crown took longer time what I expected but I really like it. The crown fits very well in my mouth and I feel comfortable. I have to say Dr. Balilli did a good job in the end . I’ll say he’s an excellent dentist. He didn’t agree to charge me the unreasonable adjustment fee and also fixed one small cavity for free. All in all this office is one of the cleanest and professional dental office I’ve seen. The reception staff are very friendly too. Still recommend.

I hate to leave an excellent review because then may never get an appointment with Dr. Balilli again as he will be too booked! Lol! He is an excellent DDS with a great bedside manner!! The staff is awesome and very helpful. I have also gone through an implant (3 of them) process with Dr Lenny who is an amazing Doctor!! Very happy with this office !
